  Talking to a Jehovah`s Witness .Ask the right questions .

  what questions should be asked to a jehovah`s witness when confronted with them.. a jw gives his sermon.

  "you" immediately ask him by what authority he has from god that you should take notice of him ,seeing their are over 40,000 different christian religions in the world who claim to represent god,.

  I don't think there's any questions that get through to the dyed in the wool JW because they believe that shit 100% as I used to do also.

  With me it was looking at Scriptures and looking at the org. Jesus said "come to me all you who are toiling and loaded down and I will refresh you." Why did I seldom feel refreshed after attending the meetings? Why were we being loaded down with petty rules? And why did Jesus say "come to me" when we were knocking on doors telling people to "come to the WT organisation“? That is just one example.

  actually no one does.. i know this is a concept that can be hard for some to grasp, considering all other forms of organizations like sole proprietorship, general partnership, an llc, or a for profit corporation.

  these organizations are created legally for the simple purpose of making a profit.. but unlike a for profit corporation,---- a nonprofit corporation is formed to carry out-.

  whether that be religious, educational, charitable, scientific or other qualifying purpose.

  Past Watchtower Society Comments On Vaccines

  today there is a lot of hope placed in a vaccines to immunise against covid 19 , and relief that they are soon to be available.

  that will be shared by the eight million or so jws in this world.

  they should be thankful that the wts has moved away from its teaching ,that lasted for decades , proclaiming that vaccination was wrong, and a tool of satan.

  I was once told by a long serving missionary that the society changed its policy in or around the late 1940s / early 1950s because it dawned on them that missionaries going to foreign fields with dangerous diseases would need to be vaccinated. Suddenly the light became clearer and voilà! vaccinations were acceptable for them all to receive.

  Mind you it says that he's been at a two week training school. Talk about being a bare faced liar with "There's very little rules IF ANY."

  A friend of ours sent us a photo of a letter allegedly from the Queen of England's suite. The JWs are all excited by it. Don't think she actually reads all of the stuff she must get sent otherwise she'd be snowed under.

  if any of you are in the uk in the lead up to christmas aled jones the singer who usually hosts the television religious programme 'songs of praise' on the bbc has brought out a new christmas cd.

  it is an interfaith collection of songs from across a spectrum of different religious groups.

  you can find it for sale on amazon at present.. and surprise surprise it seems that he has included one of the songs from the current jw songbook called "listen, obey, and be blessed".

It is an interfaith collection of songs from across a spectrum of different religious groups. You can find it for sale on Amazon at present.

  And surprise surprise it seems that he has included one of the songs from the current JW songbook called "Listen, Obey, and Be Blessed".

  I wonder how he got permission for that? And if Aled didn't get permission will he now be facing a lawsuit from the Borg!? Lol.

  i've been having mixed feelings about the gb whether or not their intentions are good or not.

  the fact they have a protocol of moral lying through "theocratic warfare" very much turned me off from having anything to do with the org.

  Precisely. And then they had the cheek to laugh at other religious people who believe that on death they go straight to heaven to be with their loved ones.

  Whereas they are content to lying in a grave because one future day they will be downloaded from the limitless memory banks of Jehovah and plonked down in a New World, still under the regime of WT appointed men - who'll likely tell them that they can't afford to play the guitar because there's tidy-up work to do first.

  Tell them all to "Do it now" before you die, because your NW future is likely to be more of the same strict rules and deprivation albeit in a nice garden setting.

  And as you say there won't be any foreign countries anymore, magnificent architecture will have been vandalised by the angelic hordes at Armageddon, and the different national tongues will eventually be gone.
